FAQ
Is this signature tool officially provided by GDS?
No. FreeApplyTools is an independent utility. The engine follows official GDS notification rules for 2026.
Why is my signature being rejected?
Signatures are often rejected if in wrong ink color (e.g., blue when black is required), on lined paper, or over 100KB. Our tool fixes the file size.
Common BPM / ABPM / Dak Sevak Signature Upload Errors
"File size exceeds 100KB"
The GDS portal blocks uploads above 100KB. Our compressor automatically reduces to 20–100KB.
"Signature not in blue or_black ink"
Many applicants sign in blue or pencil. GDS explicitly requires blue or_black ink on plain white paper.
"Signature scanned on lined/ruled paper"
Use blank white paper. Notebook lines in the scan are a common rejection reason across government exam portals.
