  • Face must occupy 70–80% of the image, centred and clearly visible. No shadows or red-eye.
  • Plain white or light-coloured background. No sunglasses, caps or hats.
  • Avoid uploading scanned photos or selfies. Photo must be clear, well-lit and in focus.

Signature

  • File size: 20KB – 100KB
  • Ink color: blue or_black
  • JPG/JPEG format only. Scanned signature on white paper with black or blue ink pen.
  • Aspect ratio 5:2 (recommended 300×120 px). DPI: 72 to 150.
  • Signature must occupy 70–80% of the image. No shadows, borders or extra marks.
  • Do not upload typed or digital text as signature. Must be clear, not shaky, not pixelated.
  • Applications with blurred or miniature signatures will be rejected.
