Delhi Police SI (Sub-Inspector) Signature Compressor
Official 2026 Size & Format
Compress your signature to the strict 10KB–20KB limit required by Delhi Police (Constable / SI). Enforces blue or black ink rules.
Upload JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB — we'll convert it to match the spec above.
How this tool works
This tool scales your signature to its own width, up to 500 pixels and saves a JPG between 10 KB and 20 KB for SI (Sub-Inspector). It keeps quality as high as the 20 KB limit allows and pads a file that comes out under 10 KB without changing the image. It does not change ink colour, so sign in blue or black ink on plain white paper.

FAQ
Is this signature tool officially provided by Delhi Police?
No. FreeApplyTools is an independent utility. The engine follows official Delhi Police notification rules for 2026.
Why is my signature being rejected?
Signatures are often rejected if in wrong ink color (e.g., blue when black is required), on lined paper, or over 20KB. Our tool fixes the file size.
Common SI (Sub-Inspector) Signature Upload Errors
"File size exceeds 20KB"
The Delhi Police portal blocks uploads above 20KB. Our compressor automatically reduces to 10–20KB.
"Signature not in blue or black ink"
Many applicants sign in blue or pencil. Delhi Police explicitly requires blue or black ink on plain white paper.
"Signature scanned on lined/ruled paper"
Use blank white paper. Notebook lines in the scan are a common rejection reason across government exam portals.
