How this tool works
This tool scales your signature to 140 × 60 pixels and saves a JPG between 10 KB and 20 KB for BPCL Jr. Exec (Engg / Wayside) & Secretary. It keeps quality as high as the 20 KB limit allows and pads a file that comes out under 10 KB without changing the image. It does not change ink colour, so sign in black ink on plain white paper.

Signatures are often rejected if in wrong ink color (e.g., blue when black is required), on lined paper, or over 20KB. Our tool fixes the file size.
Common BPCL Jr. Exec (Engg / Wayside) & Secretary Signature Upload Errors
"File size exceeds 20KB"
The BPCL portal blocks uploads above 20KB. Our compressor automatically reduces to 10–20KB.
"Signature not in black ink"
Many applicants sign in blue or pencil. BPCL explicitly requires black ink on plain white paper.
"Signature scanned on lined/ruled paper"
Use blank white paper. Notebook lines in the scan are a common rejection reason across government exam portals.
