How this tool works
This tool scales your photo to 200 × 230 pixels and saves a JPG between 20 KB and 50 KB, the BPCL limit for BPCL Jr. Exec (Engg / Wayside) & Secretary. It lowers JPEG quality only as far as needed to stay under 50 KB, and pads a file that comes out below 20 KB without changing the picture. It does not replace backgrounds, so take the photo against a white or light-coloured background.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this photo resizer tool officially provided by BPCL?
No. FreeApplyTools is an independent utility platform. However, the engine is hardcoded to strictly follow the official BPCL notification rules for 2026.
What happens if my photo is larger than 50KB?
The official BPCL portal will block your upload and throw an error. This tool prevents that by automatically capping the output size to within 20KB–50KB.
What photo format does BPCL 2026 accept?
Most government portals accept only JPEG/JPG format. Our tool automatically converts and compresses your photo to the correct format.
