1 Register on the Official Portal
All UPTET applications start on the official recruitment portal. Ensure you are on the correct, government-operated website.
Visit www.upessc.up.gov.in NEVER share your login credentials, OTP, or payment details with third parties. UPTET will never call you asking for these.
2 Upload Photograph
Strict Photo Rules for UPTET
- File size: 10KB – 50KB
- Background: white
- • MANDATORY: Must be a recent colour photograph (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm).
- • Face must be clearly visible without any caps, hats, or dark glasses.
- • Keep the scanned photograph ready in JPG/JPEG format strictly between 10KB to 50KB.
3 Upload Signature
Strict Signature Rules for UPTET
- File size: 5KB – 20KB
- Ink color: black
- • CRITICAL: Signature MUST NOT be in CAPITAL LETTERS. It will be rejected by UPBEB.
- • Sign on a plain white paper using black or blue ink.
- • File size must be strictly between 5KB and 20KB in JPG/JPEG format.
4 Review & Submit Application
- Double-check name spelling exactly as it appears on your 10th Marks card.
- Ensure category selection (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) is correct as it cannot be changed later.
- Save the final Application Form PDF and Payment Receipt PDF immediately after submission.
