1 Register on the Official Portal
All UPSSSC applications start on the official recruitment portal. Ensure you are on the correct, government-operated website.

2 Upload Photograph
Strict Photo Rules for UPSSSC
- File size: 5KB – 50KB
- Background: white or or or light
- • Photo is usually fetched automatically from your PET-2025 registration.
- • If uploading fresh: Face must be clear, covering 70% of the image, with a white or light grey background.
- • Must not be older than 6 months. No caps or tinted glasses.
3 Upload Signature

- File size: 5KB – 30KB
- Ink color: black or or or blue
- • CRITICAL UPSSSC RULE: The signature image must contain your English signature on top, and your FULL NAME written in Hindi just below it in the same image.
- • Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS only will be rejected.
- • Signature is usually fetched from PET-2025, but ensure it meets these standards if modifying.
4 Review & Submit Application
- Double-check name spelling exactly as it appears on your 10th Marks card.
- Ensure category selection (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) is correct as it cannot be changed later.
- Save the final Application Form PDF and Payment Receipt PDF immediately after submission.
