2 Upload Photograph

Strict Photo Rules for SSC

  • File size: 20KB – 50KB
  • Background: white
  • IMPORTANT: SSC now requires a LIVE PHOTO CAPTURE via webcam or the official 'mySSC' mobile app during the application.
  • For the OTR Profile: You must upload a scanned photo (20–50 KB) in JPEG/JPG format.
  • Face must be directly facing the camera, with no spectacles, caps, or masks.
  • Background must be plain white or light-colored.

3 Upload Signature

Strict Signature Rules for SSC

  • File size: 10KB – 20KB
  • Ink color: blue or or or black
  • Signature must be strictly between 10 KB to 20 KB in JPEG/JPG format.
  • Must be signed on white paper with black or blue ink.
  • Signature must be horizontal. Vertical or 'miniature' signatures will be rejected.
  • Do NOT sign in all capital letters.
