2 Upload Photograph

Strict Photo Rules for PSB

  • File size: 20KB – 50KB
  • Background: white
  • Photo must be a recent passport-style colour picture (4.5cm × 3.5cm).
  • Make sure the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background.
  • Caps, hats, and dark glasses are strictly not acceptable.

3 Upload Signature

Strict Signature Rules for PSB

  • File size: 10KB – 20KB
  • Ink color: black
  • CRITICAL: The applicant must sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen only.
  • Signature MUST NOT be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
  • File size must be exactly between 10KB and 20KB in JPG/JPEG format.
