1 Register on the Official Portal
All PSB applications start on the official recruitment portal. Ensure you are on the correct, government-operated website.
Visit punjabandsind.bank.in NEVER share your login credentials, OTP, or payment details with third parties. PSB will never call you asking for these.
2 Upload Photograph
Strict Photo Rules for PSB
- File size: 20KB – 50KB
- Background: white
- • Photo must be a recent passport-style colour picture (4.5cm × 3.5cm).
- • Make sure the picture is in colour, taken against a light-coloured, preferably white background.
- • Caps, hats, and dark glasses are strictly not acceptable.
3 Upload Signature
Strict Signature Rules for PSB
- File size: 10KB – 20KB
- Ink color: black
- • CRITICAL: The applicant must sign on white paper with a Black Ink pen only.
- • Signature MUST NOT be in CAPITAL LETTERS.
- • File size must be exactly between 10KB and 20KB in JPG/JPEG format.
Left Thumb Impression (LTI)
Scan your thumb impression on plain white paper. Must be between 20KB and 50KB.

Write the required text in English on unruled white paper. Do NOT use capital letters. Must be 50KB to 100KB.

- Double-check name spelling exactly as it appears on your 10th Marks card.
- Ensure category selection (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) is correct as it cannot be changed later.
- Save the final Application Form PDF and Payment Receipt PDF immediately after submission.
