1 Register on the Official Portal
All NEET applications start on the official recruitment portal. Ensure you are on the correct, government-operated website.
Visit neet.nta.nic.in NEVER share your login credentials, OTP, or payment details with third parties. NEET will never call you asking for these.
2 Upload Photograph
Strict Photo Rules for NEET
- File size: 10KB – 200KB
- Dimensions: 350 × 450 px
- Background: white
- • Recent passport-size photograph with 80% face visible including ears against white background.
- • JPG/JPEG format only. Must be clearly legible.
- • Photograph must be taken on or after 01 January 2026.
- • Live photograph will be captured at time of application (webcam or mobile QR scan).
- • Spectacles are allowed only if used regularly. Polaroid and computer-generated photos are not acceptable.
3 Upload Signature
Strict Signature Rules for NEET
- File size: 10KB – 100KB
- Ink color: blue or or or black
- • JPG/JPEG format. Must be clearly legible.
- • Upload your own signature only — uploading someone else's signature will be treated as Unfair Means (UFM).
Left Thumb Impression (LTI)
Scan your thumb impression on plain white paper. Must be between 10KB and 200KB.

- Double-check name spelling exactly as it appears on your 10th Marks card.
- Ensure category selection (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) is correct as it cannot be changed later.
- Save the final Application Form PDF and Payment Receipt PDF immediately after submission.
