For IBPS PO/MT-XVI the photograph must be 20–50 KB (200 × 230 pixels preferred) on a light, preferably white background, and the signature 10–20 KB (140 × 60 pixels) in black ink, not in capitals. Why Photos Get Rejected on the IBPS Portal
Photo exceeds 50KB
Camera phones produce 2–5MB images. The IBPS portal caps uploads at 50KB — only about 2% of a typical 3MB phone photo.
Wrong pixel dimensions
Photos must be exactly 200×230px. Most phone cameras shoot much larger images that need precise cropping.
Incorrect background color
IBPS requires a white or light-coloured background. Indoor photos, selfies, and studio photos with coloured backdrops are commonly rejected.
