Why Photos Get Rejected on the CRPF Portal
Photo exceeds 100KB
Camera phones produce 2–5MB images. The CRPF portal caps uploads at 100KB — only about 3% of a typical 3MB phone photo.
Incorrect background color
CRPF requires a white or light-coloured background. Indoor photos, selfies, and studio photos with coloured backdrops are commonly rejected.
