1 Register on the Official Portal

2 Upload Photograph
Strict Photo Rules for BPCL
- File size: 20KB – 50KB
- Dimensions: 200 × 230 px
- Background: white or or or light
- • Must be a recent passport-style color picture against a light-colored, preferably white background.
- • Dimensions: 4.5 cm x 3.5 cm (approx 200 x 230 pixels).
- • If you wear glasses, make sure there are no reflections and your eyes can be clearly seen.
- • Caps, hats, and dark glasses are strictly not acceptable.
3 Upload Signature
Strict Signature Rules for BPCL
- File size: 10KB – 20KB
- Dimensions: 140 × 60 px
- Ink color: black
- • CRITICAL: The applicant has to sign on white paper with Black Ink pen only.
- • CRITICAL: Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
- • Dimensions should be approximately 140 x 60 pixels.
4 Review & Submit Application
- Double-check name spelling exactly as it appears on your 10th Marks card.
- Ensure category selection (General, OBC, SC, ST, EWS) is correct as it cannot be changed later.
